On October 16, 2023, Max Motors Dealerships acquired Jim Raysik, Inc in Clinton, Missouri now known as Max Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Clinton. The Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram locations marks the fourth Stellantis Franchise with the Max Motors Dealership. The additional location will be the company’s thirteenth dealership in the Midwest; Missouri and Kansas. Max Motors Dealerships began in Butler, Missouri and was founded by Mark Muller in 2006.
